Ordering Method
The quickest, easiest, most secure, and therefore best way of ordering our products is from our website using a Visa or MasterCard. We do not accept any other form of credit card payment. For any on-line problem with your order, please contact us.
We use a fully-secured electronic virtual payment system, Paybox, which send directly your card number to our bank (CHAIX). For more info on this system, you can check www.paybox.com
You can also send us a fax, letter or phone us with your credit card. We will then manually process your card. In any case, you will receive a invoice and a card proof with your order. It is not advisable to send your order by e-mail with a credit card number.
Paying By Check
You may order by regular mail if you do not wish to order online with checks in euros only. Please make checks payable to Conflits & Stratégie. Send your payment, along with your address, email, and what you are ordering to the following address:

Delay of delivery
From the day we receive your payment, expect the following working days to get you goods : - 5 to 10 days for shipping in France (but can be less for products in stock).
- around 12 days for shipping in Europe.
- around 20 days for shipping in others part of the word (add up to one month for economic)
Damaged Product Returns
If you should be unlucky enough to get damaged or defective product, Store4war will replace the product at our expense (including S&H). All you need to do is contact us and we will take care of the rest.
Please Note: Customers are fully responsible for each and every order placed under their name and address. At the completion of your online transaction, you should receive an confirmation email that contains the details of your order. If you are unsure if your order went through, then do not place another order and instead email us : boutique@conflits-strategie.com.
However, if duplicate item/s are returned to us in unopened condition, we will issue a refund less the S&H charge.
